Sweet Peas are a sweet, crunchy, and juicy microgreen. It is rich in vitamin A & C, and are high in calcium, iron, and phosphorus as well as being super high in protein. They taste just like sugar snap peas, and make a great alternative to other snack foods.
These microgreens are thick and crunchy, with a light nutty taste. They are a great source of vitamin A, B complex, D, and E, as well as being loaded with calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus. Sunflower microgreens go great in a salad, on a sandwich, or cook it up in an omelette.
